Question ?

I have yet to need this program with my Ashtech receivers and proccessors, but who knows if and when.

Does the latest version handle all previous files or are the versions specific to certain time periods?

Question ?

Paul
The latset version will handle all previous files.
As long as you use something other than GPSurvey or TGO to post process your GPS files you won't need Rinex Dates.

Question ?

It was a programming oversite in the Trimble processing software that caused this problem. As far as I know, the receivers are not the problem and still record data fine. Since you are using Ashtech GNSS for processing, a fairly new version, I doubt you'll ever see this particular problem, and if you did, Ashtech would probably provide a patch to fix it.

RinexDates 1.5 Question ?

Paul,

the last version should backdate all your files.
Data collected before 1st of march 2011 will be backdated 6 years/313 weeks.
Data collected from 1st of march till ... will be backdated 22 years/1148 weeks.

With this offsets the day of the week and seconds keep synchronized.
I used this GPS calendar

GPS calendar

It looks as if the 22 years offset remains synchronized.

Let me know if you have more questions,

Chr.
