I have spoken to the US Survey Supply guys at the last few WA state conferences.
They are good guys.
I bought my robot from Rod, a Leica TCRP 1203-R300. I was and still am pleased with the purchase and the customer support has always been excellent. None of the dealers around my area service Leica. Just recently I needed some work done on my instrument. He overnighted his loaner to me and I was able to easily ship mine to him. I didn't have any down time. Again, the service was excellent. I highly recommend Rod and US Survey Supply even from 2500 miles away.
