Introducing Supporter Subscription Management

Ever since closing our SurveyorConnect Patreon account, I know there are several folks who have since started a new Support subscription on our Become A Supporter page. About the same time I closed the Patreon account, I also promised a way for existing subscribers to manage their subscriptions. Well, I've finally got it done. 🙂

You can now check your existing Supporter subscription here: https://surveyorconnect.com/subscription-management/ -- all you have to do is enter the email address you used when you originally subscribed, and you will receive an email with a special code. Enter that code in the field on the Subscription Management page and you'll be able to see your current subscription, modify it, or update your credit/debit card on file.

I've also added a link to the Become A Supporter?ÿpage that will take you to the new Subscription Management page.

And, of course, if you run into any trouble, please let me know. My hope is to eventually get all of this tied into our actual SurveyorConnect member logins, so you'd have a Member Dashboard page where you can manage these things. One of these days.... ????ÿ
