Good evening everyone! I came across this site while constantly searching google and thought it be a good idea to join the community and maybe pick some of your brains from time to time. I'm a part-time student working towards my Geomatic Engineering degree, full time employee for a construction firm (I'm a survey party chief and their Machine Control tech) , as well as owner of City Layout Group INC (survey, concrete, and machine control services). My goals are to be self sufficient and be able to fully work for myself . Currently working to become proficient in software from the Survey Giants (Topcon, Carlson, Trimble, Leica). Any-who, looking forward to meeting everyone and like I said, hopefully have to chance to pick you mind and learn as much as possible.
Greetings! And welcome to our little club. Glad you could join us. 🙂

I remember an Okie Christmas Day (1977) when I had to open the kitchen door to cool down the house.?ÿThe high that day was around 75.?ÿ The kids were playing on the back stoop in shorts and t-shirts.?ÿ A week later we had a foot of snow and it stayed until late April.
There's really no "typical" Oklahoma weather....only good weather?ÿand bad weather.
Welcome from Kansas and 14 snow-covered degrees.
