I am a licensed Land Surveyor in several states, and have a small business in NW Florida.

Welcome to this forum, Mrs Saxton. You have alot of "Tickets". What is your favorite state to survey in?
Sometimes I wish I lived in Wisconsin. I like the state. Good ice fishing. I have worked all around the Chicagoland area.

Hello Nate

Alabama and Florida would be my favorites. I have worked for a huge DOT firm and a smaller firm which had a lot of CORPS contracts; which is the reason for so many. I had liked this site on Facebook, but just now signed up. Will be returning to the site in the future.

Well, Kimberly, as you can see, you can get nearly anything related to surveying here.

It's a fine resource.

I hope you will stick around, share a problem, share an answer, and tell a joke.

It's the local water hole, for world wide surveyors.

And, share a few pics too!

Hello from Maryland. That sure is a stack of licenses you have accrued; congratulations.

Jump right in. We need all the new blood we can find despite having thousands watching all the time. This is a really great place. Everyone learns something every day..............even if they didn't know they needed to learn that.

Welcome to the forum. You'll certainly help the scenery around here.

I'd have to say that the list of people with a license in Idaho, Wisconsin, and Florida is rather short.

Howdy
Several years ago I booked a ticket on a prop flight to leave Virginia and I am pretty sure it stopped in all those states before I made a call from Shreveport and caught a ride into Texas..........
Glad you found your way here.
