Nah. Don't waste your time. Unless the threat is in person, it's nothing more than a wee misdemeanor. If the threat is up close and personal, only then does it get taken real serious and becomes a class-x felony as a terroristic threat. Two people I've tutored in recent years were studying criminal justice so I do know a little something on the subject.

[humor on]
If you want to really, really turn the other cheek, buy him a keyboard that doesn't have the caps-lock key stuck and with the punctuation keys operational. 🙂

> sorry but, " So I wrote back with: "oooooooooooh I guess you told me! LOL" is a challenge and an attempt to have the last word. Can't keep complaining about what you are triggering. You don't need a last word, especially when it is a challenge for more unless you like playing in that trough.

While I agree it is best to let an argument like this drop, I have a hard time putting it on Wendell. Kind of a "don't feed the bears" type of thing. This "bear" (haha...TeD-D-Bear come think of it) is a human who can also take responsibility for his own actions. Most of us react in kind when someone treats us rudely.

Hmmm...the guy that threatened to slice our daughters throat open and leave her on our porch to bleed to death was looking at a felony charge. So were the other two jokers that threatened bodily harm on us. Maybe it is different laws for different states?? Regardless...if someone has to stoop so that low to threaten another with such things then they really need some mental help or locked up or both. :-/

Angel & Wendell-

An example of a Mega Inferiority Complex.

Next step is the 'Rubber Room' ?

"The human mind is an adventure" and your correspondent ably displays it.

Ignore the ignorant.

Or, as Sam L. Clemens said:

Do not argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Haha...I like that one. Kind of a more sophisticated version of the "don't argue with a pig" saying.

He's a legend in his own mind and there is nothing at all funny about this. I don't see how anybody could think it was funny. TDD is simply an old bully man that has no idea how to act, and I think there are a few on here that are following his lead... and that is an awful way grow old.

I thank you up and down and left and right for this forum Wendell and Angel, and I'm not afraid to say it.

Not complaining at this point. Just laughing.

OH!!! That's a different matter. Threatening with "you'll get yours" is way different than threatening to cut someone's throat open.
If this was done via email it may fall under the FBI cyber crime unit.
You might want to talk to the local DA and/or Sherriff about that. I believe I'd be taking this WAAYYY more serious than I was anticipating. Sorry, I had no idea. Wendell had told me about threats before but he spared the details.

Send a message like to the White House and see how [not] long it takes the Secret Service to be involved.

We did. 🙂 And if it continues with this new "threatener", we know exactly who to contact now. 😉

Continue to do that with those that make such threats, just be careful not to cloud your eyes and use the same brush for all. Some may differ in their opinion but do not intend harm or intend to restrict your right to a different opinion. An attitude that should be a two way street for those who respect each other, few will ever understand some of my opinions, hard won as they are but they have not walked in my shoes nor enjoyed the same blisters, knowing that, their different opinions are never a threat to me, I may look upon their opinions as hazardous to the future of the nation, but will never want to restrict their right to differ. I do need to bite my tongue with talking points, but opinions arrived at by using their own powers of observation and experience I will respect.

I won't. I usually don't take action unless the threats start to turn into inflicting harm upon my family. When a person/threat goes THAT far, then that is when it is out of control and meant for a higher authority to handle. :-/

Maybe funny to you because you are not on the receiving end of his threats.

You may want to come up with an explanation for an attorney on why you would invite/unban a person you deemed dangerous to your family back into your "house".

Both Wendell and Angel are the nicest people you could ever meet. They do not deserve rants or threats. And, rants and threats are not funny, nor are they remotely professional.

Our attorney is already well aware as to why...so no need to explain it again to them. 🙂

Interestingly, it wasn't TDD who made the very personal threats of violence. He just likes to mouth off.

Uhm, Perry,

I was only echoing Wendell's comment about how absurd Ted's comments were becoming.

If you think about it, Ted's reactions mimic the playground antics you see in grade schoolers. That's what I found to be amusing.
