I would like to use an antenna in GNSS Solutions but it is not listed. It is a Novatel L1 GPS 701 (not a 701 GG). Could I input a height to the phase centre and just select none for antenna type?

If you have the antenna specs you can create the antenna in your list, and it will be available for future use.

I believe the Mark Silver has some info on this at the Igage website. Search for entering antenna coefficents in GNSS Solutions

Be Aware About Antenna Data Style

The antenna.inf file may contain the older relative and not the newer absolute data.

You do not want to mix styles.

Also the NGS site lists offsets opposite from the Ashtech use. One is zero to 90° in 5° increments and the other is 90° to zero. I cannot recall which is which. I have not had to add an antenna style in years. It is easiest to get a current file.

BTWE, if you do edit the antenna.inf file it is best to reboot your computer to insure the newer file is used.
