I just saw this, it claims RTK accuracy at the 1 to 2 cm level. I believe it is focused for now on autonomous vehicles, but...

They reference ƒ??standard gpsƒ?, but they are probably partnering with a geospatial company. I know Trimble is working with a company to give cm accuracy to cars.

"Real Time Kinematics (RTK) is the core technology that provides hyper precise location data for IoT services where accuracy is critical. RTK drastically minimizes errors to provide hyper precise location accuracies of sub-meter or even centimeter-level in all three dimensions: horizontal (latitude & longitude) and vertical."

Just looks like a real-time network to me...which is far from foolproof and only occasionally gets down to 1 cm, especially in the vertical, and that's in good conditions. But I reckon that statement is vague enough to sell the service...

Their coverage is a bit lacking right now, to say the least. Dark blue is where it is available, and I'm seeing 99% red on this map:
