When plug my Trimble controller to it connects right up to windows mobile device via USB-B but it will only stay connected for a few minutes before it just randomly?ÿdisconnects. I want to update the collector/copy all my fills off of it but it keeps disconnecting. Any ideas on how to keep it connected?

I don't have one here with me, but I think there is a check box on the usb port properties that you can uncheck, and that has seemed to solve the problem for me. I cannot remember exactly where it is without having the collector in front of me.

Did you mean you uncheck something in windows USB?ÿport properties?ÿor are you unchecking a box in windows?ÿmobile device center??
