Hello,
I have a Sokkia GRX1 receiver, TDS nomad with survce4.0, using cell phone for receiving messages.
Whenever I try to connect to rtcm3.0, I get the result that I have successfully connected and getting corrections messages, but even receiver see 14 satellite , I can not get a floating, let alone fixed solution.
With rtcm 2.3 I do not have any issusues, get fixed in few secconds.
when I call support, they tell me that they have it all work, and that I probably have a problem with the instrument.
It used to work wery good few month ago, but suddenly it just stopped working fine.
I need RTCM3.0, because of receiving GLONASS sat., on 2.3 have GPS only.
THANKS
Sorry for my English.

I have a latest firmware version(from 2012year), and GRX supports rtcm3.1.
It used to work about a month ago with no problem, but now it does not.
I did a factory reset but i still only works with RTCM2,3.

May be an issue with the NTRIP caster or whatever is broadcasting the reference signal.
