I am trying to find a power cable from a 12v battery to the?ÿTrimmark3 that splits and connects to Port 1 on the?ÿR8, I believe this would also serve as the data cable.?ÿ

Additionally my?ÿTrimmark3 coughed up a "Hardware Error 1" message when it quit transmitting. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

?ÿ

Check out the Western States Cabling website. If there isn't one listed, I think he'll make you one.

I'd be worried about the Hardware Error. The Trimmark3 radios are a very good radio but they do have a shelf life and are not supported anymore. It appears to us that using them in repeater mode was hard on them as they get older. It seemed that they would work for a shorter and shorter time in the field in repeater mode, longer hooked into the base where they didn't have to receive and repeat. Be sure all the cables and antennas are working well and probably only use it as a base without repeating and it may last longer, however, it probably has a board failing.
