Leica GFU19 or GFU26 for Verizon in US

Thanks for any help. I set up a Verizon wireless data plan on a GFU26, but when I try to get it to work "registered in foreign network" (or something similar) shows on the controller screen. Now, I'm not sure if maybe the GFU19 would have been the correct modem for Verizon. They are both CDMA modems, though. Verizon uses CDMA standards/protocols/technology.

The correct modem for Verizon is the GFU19.

However, at this time you will no longer be able to activate the modem as it is a 3g modem. Verizon is shutting down all CDMA networks at the end of 2019.
