$6K for base/rover AND data collector??ÿ Wow!
?ÿ
Call me Mr. Suspicious.
I got something like this a few months ago except for drones.?ÿ I assumed it was some sort of scam and moved on.
I see some of these as independents that are building operational knockoffs of?ÿ surveying equipment that may or may not be tested.
Amazon and EBay are full of new stuff that is built from inferior components that could produce inferior results.
Most name brand stuff is what it says and some has been restored to duty with whatevr parts are available.
My concept of keeping things operational is to have a chevy and when something goes out or gets weak and that is not for sale anymore is to replace it with a part that is made better than the OEM whe possible without choosing a part that is too much for the unit.
There are some garage genuis out there and it practically takes visiting them and letting them proove what they are offereing against your present gear.
