I think this document is relevant: ISO/TR 19122:2004 Geographic information/Geomatics -- Qualification and certification of personnel.

Also be aware of the ISO definition of "accuracy", which differs from the common definition, as it includes both systematic and random errors, leaving systematic errors for "trueness" instead, see <"> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accuracy_and_precision> .
