Started from a crowdfunding site several years ago. Quite reasonable for an RTK system but needs some tinkering.
I was thinking to use this as part of a home made tidal gauge system. Anyone already bought this? How was it?

I don't understand why that would be a problem.
Isn't the problem with piksi and now reach that both receivers are single frequency?

One of many problems. Antenna design and modeling, hardware integration, and data collector support are a few that come to mind. It's an interesting project, but not of much practical use for surveying.
Russians are scary. Too much watching movies maybe.
