Is this system available without a paid subscription?
Can anyone give the steps to login?

I have friend who is going to some volunteer work staking a parking lot, thought he might be able to use the network.
I registered and set up an account and found the IP address and port number for CMR+:
"NOTE : IP Address for all Products is 205.172.52.26 Connection Type TCP/IP ... AL Nearest CMR+ - CMR+ GPS and GLONASS 10002"
But DC (Trimble TSC2 with Survey Controller) is asking for user name and password and am not sure if it's the same as the login to site?

I connected to ALDOT today from my desk in my office and saw a fixed RTK position 53 miles from the reference position. If you are using Survey Pro, the mount point i have had the best success with is identified as LeicaMAX;LeicaMAX;1;...

Customers in the state have told me that they gave them various port number but 10011 is what works best for me.
