I posted this a year ago and got busy with moving and then things picked up. I have have some equipment that we no longer need. I am trying to sell a Wild T-1, Kern E1, and a Grade rode. Not sure what to ask for them so I am taken offers. I have more pictures of the equipment and will be more than happy to send them. I also have some old 48 with memory cards which I will post later. You can email me at [email protected] with any questions.

Thank You

Dang! M&C!!! That was my first surveying gig. I worked out of the Asheville office. I still keep in touch with Tony S. now and then. Come to think of it, I might just give him a call. When he'd go on vacation they would send the "Tennessee boys" down to work with me in the field. That was usually around the time of the Bristol NASCAR race. Tony referred to is as "the circus coming to town". Them Tennessee boys didn't know what to think of me dragging them off in 4-wheel county. I'm told they called me "Crazy Eric". Only Tony and a few others would know me as Big E. I enjoyed them folks I worked with back then. I remember all the faces but only James and Pam are the names I remember from then. Of course I remember all us "field monkeys".

The small world continues to shrink.
E.

I would love having those theodolites, but, alas, I don't think I could compete on the price or give you what they're worth.

I've spent many an hour behind the Wild T-1 (as well as the T-2). I liked those guns.

I remember getting a measurement of around 4 miles with a similar edm. I think it was the "Red 2L" or something like that.

Good luck. I'm sure you'll sell them.

Tom
