I've been looking for two pre-loved and pampered Leica GZR3 (or Wild equivalent) prism carriers for quite some time now. I am not interested in the china copies so prevalent on ebay and the like these days.

I'm in no rush, and the need isn't dire by any means, but it is an upgrade I'd like to make sometime.

What's out there in rplstoday.com land? Please PM me if you have GZR3 carriers that may be of interest. Pictures and history of carriers are much appreciated, as well your asking price.

Thanks!

I have a pair of GZR-3 precision carriers, but they are part of my precision traverse setup. I have a pair of Leica GPH-1P prisms, two Leica GDF-21 tribrachs and Leica hard case that go with the carriers. The two prisms and one of the GZR3 carriers came from a Rochester, NY surveyor.

The prism carriers are not of the same vintage so different shades of green. Both are in excellent condition. I'd prefer not to break up the traverse set, but would consider if the price is right. If you are interested, start a conversation.
