There are a lot of different Leica cables out there. Some are simple and inexpensive, some are complicated and expensive. Which cable are we talking about?
Maker: Leica
Type: GEV234
Power: 5V
Art No.: 767899
Manufactured: 2011 in Switzerland
Brand new never used
I paid about $300
This one?

Yes, I haven't posted pics lately, it seems to have changed and I did not have time this morning.
That is what it looks like I can email the same pic if anyone would like.
Thanks
It's hard to believe that Leica is charging close to $300 for that cable -- it's what I consider one of the simple ones, with only 1 Lemo connector and a standard USB-A plut. The GEV186 Y-cable, which has 3 Lemo plugs, lists for only a little more than that. Scratchin' my head over this one.
I think there must be some kind of electronics in that USB plug. Like a serial converter perhaps. Anything coming from Switzerland isn't going to come cheap, but I agree, even for Leica that seems steep.

Jim, I've been on the site as long or longer than you. I've sold data collectors and other products on this site.
I probably could find my receipt I was given when I purchased my Leica GPS from a Leica dealer, but below is the cable pricing.
Trust me, I'm not trying to rip off anyone on this site......

I wasn't suggesting that you were misrepresenting the list price -- I looked it up myself before responding to your post -- I just found it hard to believe that Leica put that high a price on what appears to be a very simple cable.
Does anyone have a description of the Leica lemo 5 pin connector thatå«s on the TS02/TC400/TC700 series (type 0B)?
Thanks,
