I'm looking for a Jacob's staff/compass to use for recon in rural areas. Doesn't have to be an antique. I have a foresters jacob staff/compass that I usually use but the needle broke and I doubt I could get it repaired. Also, anyone have a working dip needle? Would like one for my display area. Needs to be in working order because some of these young guys will never believe what they do unless they see it. Thanks!

Send me a picture of your compass and the length of your needle. It's possible I can help with a replacement as I have quite a few.

Also, I have a dip needle that I could part with - actually a couple different styles.
