Oklahoma State University is offering a completely online degree in Surveying Technology. It's an associates, but i'm sure by the time you finish it either they will have added a BS or you will be able to transfer to Great Basin College for their Bachelors or my plan is to transfer to Old Dominion University for there BSET in Civil Engineering Technology. Anyway, If your looking for an online degree focused on Surveying here's a link.

Great Basin has ended their BS Surveying program
Oregon Tech (OIT) has started offering online geomatics courses as well. I'm not sure that you can get an entire degree without attending in person, but you can take their entire four-course boundary law series there.

Great Basin did end their program, but from talking to them it looks like it's temporary until they can fill the head of the program's position after his departure last summer. I see ads for a Land Surveyor for Great Basin to come and take over the program on surveying sites.
Thanks for the update on OIT. I'll look to see what they offer.

The commitment to reopen the program in the letter on the GB site reads like lip service to me.
Maybe they should reach out to Prof. Burkholder, he seems to be one of the few guys available.

I am actually in the degree program at Great Basin. Also did a paper in regards to the surveying program. The future of the program is really unknown. It is suspended. That just means no more students being added to the program. Hopefully they can come up with a solution, be it a new director or something with the surveying society. Just hard to know.
