Has anyone read the following books?

Emerging Trends in Surveying & Real Property Law
By: Gary Kent, John Matonich, Leonard Rifkind, and Walter Robillard

or

New Trends in Surveying & Real Property Law
By: Gary Kent, John Matonich, Leonard Rifkind, Walter Robillard and Curtis Sumner

I was curious about opinions on either book.

Those look like seminar handouts... They've been out since 2007, but I've never heard of those publications at all...

Yeah, I knew that they were the same titles as some of the Gary Kent seminars. That's probably what they are, just handouts.

> Those look like seminar handouts...

Yep. One even has the POB/PESI logo at the bottom. The other is only 60 pages.

Foxmoor is the new name for PESI. Kent has worked with PESI before. Robillard and Rifkind have jointly presented through PESI for several years.
