How do you feel about the proposal before the legislature to allow anyone, not just PEs and PLSs, to become CWREs?

There are a number of degrees that don't lead to licensure that would prepare a person to perform CWRE functions.If they set some decent standards I would support it.

Most people would struggle with the twists and turns of the applications, and probably a little on the math. I don't see the need for a bachelors, but college algebra and some experience applying regulations is a must. It's a perfect certification for a surveyor...
