Well, he almost had one tonight. The infamous 300!! :bowling:
His first game was a 246. I told him to go back and bowl a higher score next game and by some miracle, HE LISTENED TO HIS WIFE. SOUND THE TRUMPETS!! :scream::party: :innocent:
Final Series: 246, 279, 208. Not too shabby. :smarty:
For cripes sake keep Wendell out of the bowling alley. He's liable to turn pro and dump rplstoday and all of us faithful servents! 😉
Way to roll it. I take it you're on a real bowling team. Not a drinking team with a bowling problem.

Keep those 151's and better coming. That way he cannot double your score. He would have no trouble doubling mine. Haven't been bowling in probably ten years.
Was Wendell using a "Surveyor Connect / Beer Legger" officially licensed bowling ball....????
I bowled 300 once.
It just took the total of two rounds to do so.
I think Wendell was using one of them thar AMF "Angle" urethane bowling balls...

One F U x w I N G pin!
E D I T : (cool I found a way to trick the computer into allowing me cuss).
Yeah, it was a wiggling 10 pin that was left in the 4th frame -- it truly was a strike ball, exactly what I was going for, but bowling always has that randomness to it that makes it so hard to achieve the 300. It's the only sport where you can do everything perfectly and still not get the win. The good news about that (stupid) 10 pin though is that it's the hardest spare for me to pick up -- and I managed to get it. Another benefit to having a non-strike somewhere in the middle is it relieves the pressure from the possible 300, which helps me to relax. As the strikes build up, I get more and more nervous.
Anyway, thanks for the kind comments. I managed to hold a 200+ average for the entire first half of the league and hope I can continue that to the end. 🙂

I can hold my own... I cranked out a 231 in December, and last night I picked up the 4-10 split!!:bowling:
This was on the Wii, right?

No. He has a 300 on the Wii. :bowling:
Ya done good.
The huge score difference one pin makes leads me to wonder if every score is possible, and what the top few possible scores are. Not that I'm going to spend the time working it out.
Tonight I almost got another 300....... series.
So what was the 3 game set?
