My kids are a bit slow, but eventually they get there.
Born October 5, 2011 7 lbs 5 oz. Issac
Here is one happy proud poppa with his new son.
A new baby sure does have an impact on the new parents..
Congratulations, Oldtimer. We used to comment that we had little control over our own children showing up. Today, we realize we have absolutely no influence over when our grandchildren arrive, if ever.
Congrats Paul!
Best of everything to the new parents (oh, and you too Pull-Toy).
My youngest grandkid (Spud) turns 13 on Friday... That makes all three of them TEENAGERS!

Congratulations Paul!
Congrats, Paul. My first is due in March. Looking forward to it. I'm ready to spoil 'em and send 'em home. 😉
JBS
Congratulations Paul!! I'm looking forward to my first one. He's due on Feb 29th, so he'll be young forever. Just like me...:-)
Congratulations Paul!:good:
Have a great week!
Congratulations Paul.
Cherish the time you get to spend with them, they grow up fast.
All of the problems in the world seem to disappear, when you hold a baby in your arms.
Dugger
congrats to you and them. they are a blessing even when they stink. enjoy!
i spent saturday afternoon w/ my first. she's nine mo.s old and will smooth wear you out and she's not walking yet. can't wait for that. can you say "slow down" in baby gibberish?
Congratulations to you and your family Paul. I know you'll make a wonderful grandfather.
Congratualations Paul!
Our one and only grandchild is 3 years old.
We took her on a 28 day long "adventure vacation" road trip this fall.
I'll bet you can't wait to do that with your grandson!!
Scott
Congratulations, Paul!
At 53, I think I have a bit to wait for my first grandchild, still. Although I do have a Grand-Niece, now.
Thanks everyone.
This is still all new to me and he's so small I wont dare
try and hold him.
He did open one eye and inspect me a bit while in his mothers arms, then seeing nothing interesting, closed it and went back to sleep
Congratulations Paul. You get all the fun but none of the headaches!
-Steve
Congratulations, Paul.
Radar is right on both counts. My oldest grandson is 15 now.
I can't hold him anymore, but I still can hug him.
Don
My oldest grandson is 15 too! And yep, he hugs back too...
He is about an inch taller though....
I have 5 more, all under double double digits, they like hugs too.
Radar
Congratulations Paul. My oldest daughter is 10. So it better be a LONG time until I acquire the title of "grand"
Congrats!
Don't be afraid to hold him, bond with him now... a T1 is probably more fragile.
Get close and stay close, you only have one chance at it.
:good:
Congratulations. Ya'll are slow. At 49 we are expecting our 6th grandchild in April.
