This lady's got a mouth on her, must of been a sailor, don't watch if a lot of cussing offends you.

?ÿ

I see similar conflicts all too often; who's right; how do you help these people? Can I stop by the alley and pick rhubarb growing behind your house? If your peach tree hangs out into the alley, can I walk by and pick the fruit?

I know it's not our job to decide the resolve; but I don't like sending people to a lawyer, if I can help it. Sometimes it's gone to far...

wow. ?ÿShe looks like me yesterday, pulling my cart down an alley surveying for a friend. ?ÿAfter watching that video, nobody can afford to hire me to survey near an alley like that for a while...

Instead of standing around seeing who knows more cuss words I think I'd break out the lawnmower leave ol' pottymouth with a pile of compost..or maybe use a weed eater.?ÿ ?ÿHumans have a tendency to back away from weed eaters...

My mother always had a nice patch of rhubarb.?ÿ The secret ingredient to help it grow was cow manure.?ÿ She would get a bucket of water and add several cow piles into.?ÿ Let it soak for several days, stir the slurry then pour it over the plants.?ÿ One day her neighbor came walking up and saw what she was doing.?ÿ His only comment was: "No wonder I don't like rhubarb pie."

Sounds to me like this gal was forgetting to rinse off the stalks before consuming.

Miscellaneous thoughts:

The alley probably is dedicated to the public, with only reversion rights for the couple. So the couple probably has no legal recourse if the rhubarb really is in the alley. Then it isn't polite, but probably not illegal for anyone to pick it.

But that looks awfully wide for an alley, so maybe they do own it. Why did didn't they fence closer to the alley if they think they own it that area?

The woman wasn't very efficient in pulling the rhubarb. Why all the pawing around? You grab some of the big stalks and are done.

We have asparagus thieves who roam the backroads close to where old farmsteads were located.?ÿ I have had to buttchew a couple who were stealing my asparagus.?ÿ I do own to the section line, not the fence line.?ÿ Keep off my asparagus!!!!!!!!!

saw this years ago.?ÿ i'm no medical expert, but she breaks into that voice that every schizophrenic seems to conjure when they're off the rails.?ÿ you know, in case her behavior otherwise isn't enough evidence.

That was awesome! I'll bet that lady just chews up the rhubarb and then spits it out just to get that pucker. She is a beast!

Wow, so much heat coming off that woman I'm surprised she isn't smoking.?ÿ And all for basically a weed that I'm told is surprisingly hard to kill.?ÿ Ha

?ÿweed that I'm told is surprisingly hard to kill.?ÿ Ha

We had a nice hill of rhubarb next to the fence until the neighbor started treating her lawn and the chemicals washed over to our side.?ÿ It's still alive but stunted despite fertilizer, and I'm not so sure about eating it after that.?ÿ

Fortunately I was able to steal a batch elsewhere this summer. ???? (many hills on our church grounds, going to waste with nobody else taking it)
