Anybody else's phone ringing more lately?
I've answered at least 5 work related calls today. 4 of them were shopping for prices, and one was looking for who sells topo maps locally... But anyway... that's 5 more calls than I've taken in the last 2 weeks!!
I'm hoping something is going to break loose soon!! And not just for me... For everybody!!

I had 5 calls for prices Monday and landed a small recombination and a property line dispute. I was hoping it would keep it up all week, but it's been silent the rest of the week.

I have one division plan and one site plan, both currently in the planning approval stage, so while I wait, I am receiving calls about how to obtain a 100,000 dollar line of unsecured credit.

My calls seem to have all come in April (7 new jobs). May has been somewhat slow(only 5). But then again, I am still finishing up April's work. I get quite a few calls each week of people fishing for prices. I have a larger job (cutting 60 ac from 300 ac) to do near the WV border which I need my quad for. Just found out today that my quad was stolen from the jobsite where it was. Thanks goodness for insurance companies.
8 projects on my desk and field crew time is being schedule into June right now. I need a vacation.
Vacation.. sounds like you need to plan on working through the weekend.
busy here. not too much on the books for next month but at least things are moving.
Had a call from an engineer client today who said he was suddenly quite busy and looking to hire help.
