QuickBooks is designed to send email messages with Microsoft Outlook or the built-in QuickBooks Email service. QuickBooks cannot send email messages with Windows Live Mail, which is the replacement for Microsoft Outlook Express in Windows 7.

I always just print it to PDF, save on the desktop, and attach it to a message.
