The problem client I described a few months ago on another forum called today. She apologized, acknowledged that my survey was correct and promised to bring a check shortly. I about fell out of my chair.

I am awaiting formal notification from the TBPLS that the complaint has been investigated and dismissed. I've already had informal notification.

Good start to a Monday.

Be very very careful....the keyboard designers put it right between the "delete" button, and the "that sucks" button.
