I stumbled upon this tool this afternoon.
For managers or anyone in a leadership role might could find this useful.
The tool is IDoneThis.
Seems like it would be good for a "diary" of larger and/or complex projects whether you are a software development manager over a hundred people in 5 teams or a party chief/survey manager running two crews.

I can see some benefits but that interractive design Facebook-style ("like"/ write comments) could create problem in office dynamics.

That thought crossed my mind as well. Kind of a cheezy name to be taken too serious.
