I strongly urge you to carefully consider the qualifications of the agent when choosing Professional Liability Insurance. E&O is unlike most other insurance policies. The right agent can make all the difference in the world. Unless the agent down the street has tons of special training and has many years of experience (both unlikely) then you need to find someone who has both of those things.

This is not like most insurance policies. Getting the right agent is very important.
