I??m in need of a third party opinion on a survey for a lawsuit involving a fence. I want to clarify that I do not want someone to say my survey is correct, theirs is wrong. I just want an honest third party opinion so the dispute can be resolved in a fair manner. I also have some general questions about the surveys. The case is in Wisconsin but it doesn??t matter if you??re licensed in a different state. I was going to hire Tony Nettleman but his reviews are horrible. Obviously, I??m willing to pay a more than fair price for the service. Thoughts?

@t-ford it??s more of a combination on what I??ve read about him on this forum, from past clients and the terms of the contract he sent me. It??s not a complicated dispute so I think it??s better to find someone else.

JB Stahl, who offered his services above, has spoken at my state's annual conference a couple of times. He does this sort of consulting regularly and successfully.?ÿ You won't do better.
