OK, $3 per inspection for the inspector. Wonder how much the Company charges? Wonder how much the charge on the closing papers is?

Who is going to drive their car and pay all expenses do drive to 400 sites for $1200 per month? Maybe $600 per month net.

From the sublime to the rediculous.

That's 25 minutes apiece if you do 400 in an average 168 hour work month. More time each if you work a lot of overtime. Still not enough time to drive by 400 places, without getting out of the car, if each day's work is spread out over a city.

Spread out over a COUNTY, and a full sized western county at that, with a big metro area full of traffic. Takes me 25 minutes to get out of town alone.

At the whopping return of $1200 per month. That wouldn't pay for the car.

And yet, I know and have talked to people who are happy to claim "At least money is coming in, any money in is better than no money at all".

They just don't get it.... any time I start the car, I am incurring added expenses of gas, wear and tear, etc which leaves even less money for other things I might like such as a roof over my head, food, a/c.......

A few weeks ago, a neighbor of mine told me I should "take anything" to have money coming in. A couple minutes later, he said that he could not find a part time job to supplement his full time job. I promptly asked if he listened to what he JUST said....... no response......

Supposing you did 2 an hour, and even supposing they reimbursed for all those expenses, the victim would still be making less than minimum wage.

Elderly neighbor lady did that to supplement her SS income. She told me stories of how they would have her travel to some rough areas of town for this type of work.
