I'm using Carlson civil suite 2018 on Autocad 2018. This didn't happen to me with 2016. I skipped using 2017, installed it but never used it.
I think that is a new bug in Carlson. I removed the "sq ft" label several times, and it re-appears next time I start Carlson.

I don't think we will see a fix for Topcon Tools, it is EOL, or that's what I've been told. Magnet will probably be it.
I am thinking that the problem may be in the receivers, not the software, but I'm not sure.
