As the title says I would like to buy a used License of the Civil 3d 2018 version or earlier.?ÿ

Maybe from a surveyor that is retiring.?ÿ

Check E Bay, years ago when I started my shop I bought a 2 year old version with the licensing key and it worked fine.

FWIW Autodesk won't allow the licenses to be transferred.  All versions I've used insist on phoning home to Autodesk to complete the install and periodically afterwards.  Unless you used the original owners info and Autodesk account I don't believe it would be possible to accomplish.

Is double checked that in Europe is totally legal.

I also have sold LEICA software to Africa and one other license to Europe. Leica works the same with the license server and are more strict about license keys.

Hi I don't know about Europe but here in the states Autodesk had a provision to switch licenses when someone bought a business with a seat or a portion of the business that used the seat
