What are the odds of finding part time to full time temporary field work in the Phoenix/Tucson area's in the Winter? I know "it depends" but do any of you look for hires to get through a heavy workload or just try to work through it with the personnel you have? I may only have a month or two this winter but may be looking in the future when we do more of the snow bird thing.
