Hello everyone,

I know this is a little early but I don't like to do anything last minute.

I'm looking for a paid 40-50hour work week internship from the dates of May 2 2022- Aug 29 2022.

I'm a student at the University of Maine, enrolled in their Professional Science Masters in Surveying and Business program.

I'm looking for a paid internship to fulfill my master's degree requirement, where I will have the opportunity to learn the office and business side of the profession. Preferably looking to work for a small operation and with someone that wants to share their knowledge.

Must be a paid position with a livable wage.

I'm willing to relocate just about anywhere in the US.

?ÿ

Experience:

5 years Land Surveying.

Instrument Operator where I worked in NY/CT for 2 years.

Party Chief?ÿ where I worked in VA/Washington D.C./NC/and SC for 3 years.

B.S. Surveying Engineering Technology University of Maine 2021

LSIT(passed the FS in the Summer 2021)

?ÿ

I'm well versed in the use of Manual total stations, robotic total stations, GPS Base/Rover as well as using Networks. Can run Levels, create field notes, cutting line, do just about anything a field surveyor needs to be able to do.?ÿ

I've worked just about every kind of land based job from high-rise layout to topo in the middle of the woods.?ÿ

Limited Civil 3D/Carlson experience. I passed University level courses in these two CAD programs with A's?ÿ but I'd say that I'm no subject matter expert. I have a limited and basic understanding. I can traverse out deeds, do linework, check closures, do least squares adjustments. But I will be slow, as I have never worked in the office doing this.

No Drone experience.

No bathymetry experience(besides calm ponds and small lakes where you can use a rod to get depth readings).

?ÿ

Please PM me as I don't want to post my private email address for the world and I can email a full detailed resume upon request.

?ÿ

Thank you,

William
