Everyone knows that pay is DOE, However you and all others posting to the "Help Wanted" section would likely get a far better response if you were to include some salary ranges for the positions you are trying to fill and not treat it as some cloak and dagger super secret.
Nobody should have to possess the secret decoder ring & know the secret hand shake to know what the position pays.
General laborer: $10-$15
Rodman: $12-$16
I-man: $15-$20
Junior Party Chief: $17-$25
Senior PC: ??????
