TEC Land Surveying is looking for experienced Survey Technicians and Crew Chiefs for our growing firm in the the Hudson Valley of NY. TEC is a firm with a wide range of project types ranging from large boundary surveys to municipal transportation surveys to construction surveys, you won't get bored with the same type of work over and over again. All positions are full time and include benefits.
Crew Chief: Minimum of two years experience as a chief or four years experience as an instrument person. Must be familiar with robotic total stations (preferably Leica) and be able to work in a mix of environments including urban, construction, and woods. About 1/4 of work will be covered under prevailing wages.
Survey Technician: Minimum of two years of Civil3D and/or Carlson experience is required. Experience with Leica software as well as Microstation will be helpful. This is primarily an office position but there may be occasional field work needed as well.
