As part of the field crew you will play a key role in determining design, costs, planning processes, and even the feasibility of a potential project. This position offers one on one work with licensed, experienced personnel. On the job site, helping to ensuring best industry procedures, safety, and accurate data collection. Once all necessary findings are collected, the tech will ensure data is accurately reported to the office for engineering, architecture, and CAD design.
Critical surveying experience will be gained in this role. As a Survey Tech you should expect to do most of your work outdoors, as well as some indoors working with field notes, calculations, and cad drawings.
Survey Tasks:
Research, and discovery
Calculations and verify coordinates.
Equipment Operation, understanding different field process.
Participating in, and coordinating surveying projects and scheduling
Cad drawing, and design, creating and verifying sketches and CAD drawings.
Review surveys and plans with surveyor & engineer.
Proofing descriptions, exhibits, plats, review plans, descriptions, exhibits, and plans.
Must have a clean driving record.
Paid vacation/ personal Time (200 Hrs)
Medical, and paid expenses.
