Shaddy.:-@ This kind of publicity never helps our image.:-S

"Surveyor said the lawyers revisions would cost $200 dollars"...per client.... "nope, now they cost $600"...per client...... until contacted by the news reporter, Now the revisions are turned around in one day and are free of charge.

Guess I don't know how things work out there in the Promises, hand shake, no contract world. In my world if its in the scope and or my mistake, its part of my fee structure or orig NTE cost.

Some how I have to believe there's more to the story that what the TV reported.

But I agree - it don't look good.

18 acre subdivision for $2300?
Of course there were numerous revisions necessary.

Looks as if everything turned out o.k. The surveyor provided his service free of charge and sister sledge got her easement.

That is what I thought also. $2300 may get you a simple RS but that's pawn shop pricing.

Hijack- Don Griffen is good at what he does. He helped me out years ago on a broken waterline during a drought. Like here it took less than a day to get results. The power of the media.

18 acres would have to be wicked simple.
I would guess that research alone would blow through the $2300
