Were the drill holes actually set for this map, or, is the language of adjoining deeds simply being perpetuated?
Is this land registered or recorded, and, would that classification have any weight on the due diligence of the work?
My only real nitpick is that neither one of the two new bearings on the 1ac lot are parallel with any of the existing bearings on the overall lot.

The map was recorded, and it is a mess. I am mulling over whether I want to take on this case. I may refer the client to the surveyor who created this.
