According to the NOAA employee lookup app (link below), Tomas Soler's email is tom.soler at noaa.gov. It also lists phone numbers, so you could try calling him or Mr. Sella. OPM says that all DC offices are closed today though.

I went to school with Dan Roman and Dru Smith (20 years ago, ugh), but haven't kept in contact. I know Michael Dennis and have been in touch with him much more recently.
