I record my plats in the appropriate county in Colorado....but I'm not sure you filing yours here would be of much value to anyone.

I send mine to Tom and he records them in Colorado.

It cuts down on the number of homeowners getting a copy thirty years later and calling to ask a bunch of questions about the survey if they can't figure out which state it's recorded in.

Yeah....maybe it cuts down the number of calls you get....
