Is this the spot?

That seems like a lot of trouble just to get to a dab of rocks in the lake. If that's the spot, it doesn't look like there's any structures on the island. Are the folks planning to change that?

not sure if the surveyor who did the BLA is going to be in a jam or not.... a quick look seems that there is some potential for that.

Sounds like Oklahoma. We had one instance where someone was leaving "burn out" marks on a private asphalt drive near one of our lakes. Come to find out it was one of the Lake Rangers (actually part of our Oklahoma Highway Patrol)...he lost his job.:pinch:
