what is your favorite TEQC syntax?

Not sure where you're trying to go with this, but the "command" that I most often use is:

teqc -O.dec 30s RINEX.in >RINEX.out

I think that one is a little over the top for him!
But who knows? Maybe since it is teqc, he can work with it.

Okay mine is TEQC -g19 -g12 rinexin > rinexout.

I don't use it often enough to have anything memorized. I usually have to consult the online manual whenever I use it. I didn't have that problem with crx2rnx, though it's much simpler. (I don't think I need that anymore now that I have TBC.)
