They probably said the general store is on the livery stable property and the livery stable is in the street and the saloon/hotel is on the Doctor's property so the local residents refused to let them go to the county seat to file their fool Survey.

The dust storm in the first minute reminded me of a day about 25 years ago when it was too windy to dig holes in county roads searching for bars set at section corners. ?ÿEvery hit into the gravel/dirt produced a cloud that headed straight for your eyes/nose/mouth. ?ÿGave up for the day.
