The radio on my TSC2 keeps dropping the connection with the S6. I have tried the s6 with another collector and that works fine. I have replaced the radio module and connectors etc. in the TSC2 but no luck. Anybody have similar issue before
Has the instrument or the DC been updated??ÿ If the instrument got updated during a service you could have a situation where the DC software and the instrument drivers aren't 100% compatible.?ÿ
Was calibrated 5 months ago but no issue till now
Not sure what you mean with radio module and connectors, we only had problems with the antenna, replace/screw another one on it and problems solved

@christ-lambrecht I agree. 99% of the time the antenna is the issue. Buy 4 new ones.
