How to I get Data Transfer to work with Trimble Access? What am I missing?

I have a couple of old jobs that are in TGO and I need them in the TSC2 (with Trimble Access) so I can go do some work.

I upgraded (if you want to call it that) to Access from Survey Controller and now I can't get TGO to see the DC from Windows Mobile or Data Transfer.

Arrrgghhh...

Your Trimble dealer has already provided the answer and "General Survey" is the key -

Check out the PDF at http://www.geoline.com/support/TechTalk_Getting_Started_with_Trimble_Access.pdf

If that PDF does not open for you, go to http://www.geoline.com/support/ and download the document titled "TechTalk_Getting_Started_with_Trimble_Access.pdf"

Thanks Glenn, that did the trick.

Almost too simple. I knew it had to be something in the device settings. Go figure, General Survey in Data Transfer devices and General Survey inside Access.....duh....
