Has anyone been successful in getting their Hiper XT to broadcast and receive at 19200? Mine will talk fine at 9600, but as soon as I set them to 19200, the base will broadcast and the rover won't receive. Is there a specific protocol that should be used (CMR+, CMR, RTCM 3.0, ...)? I heard a long time ago that CMR+ stream was too long to broadcast faster than 9600 and would truncate. Don't think that's the issue, though.

Yes, you must set the radio TPS mode to work at 19,200 baud.

PDL mode will not work at 19,200 baud.

Thanks, Lee. It appears that in order to broadcast in 19,200, the GMSK type has to be set to 4-level-FSK. After doing that, I seem to be able to send and receive using the TPS protocol.

Ran it for a test drive and it seems to be working. Haven't tried to check range, yet, though.
